If you wish abandon a cat, you must:
1. Post the cat's profile
2. If you're putting up two or more cats up for adoption, please put them in seperate threads
3. Wait for something to adopt.
If you wish to adopt an abandoned cat, you must:
1. Post a RP example for the cat
2. An admin and the person who left the cat must agree that you may keep the character
3. Once they accept it, you must put the RP example and the profile together and repost it in "Applications"
